I had a great stay at Iberostar Waves Quetzal, enjoying the beautiful grounds filled with wildlife and a lovely beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, I did encounter a few hiccups, particularly with the chair reservation issue at the pool, which was quite frustrating.

I recently stayed at Iberostar Waves Quetzal and had a wonderful vacation overall. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate, with amazing wildlife, making for a unique tropical experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, which really elevated our stay. However, I felt some areas needed improvement, particularly regarding dining reservations and occasional supply shortages at the bars.
